About Us
How did we get here? What lights our fire?

Lauren Lou Noone
Founder & Facilitator
Hi loves! I am so grateful that this little farm found me and asked me to steward a community here. My commitment is to always do so in the best way I know. I have lived hardships and learned to walk myself beyond them; my biggest desire is to pass this empowerment along.
I bring certification in trauma-informed plant medicine facilitation, an education degree, a background as a leader and educator in various roles including birth doula, therapeutic horsemanship, and local food systems, and, a humble spirit always open to learning. I believe heartily in the alchemy of tears and the importance of play!
I am a priestess, a mother, a lover, a teacher and a student. It is my deep honor to work with each of you.

Rooted Free Farm
Land & Inhabitants
This is a deeply special place.
From the early W'Abenaki peoples to the Scottish settlers who first cleared trees and built the barn which still stands today;
the slaves who passed through as part of the Undergrouond Railroad to the community of light bringers who gather here now;
the guardian trees around the edges to the crows and bats who invite us to the thresholds where spirit meets matter;
the rich tapestry of love is felt by all who walk here.

It feels like remembrance, people have said. It feels like safety. It feels like belonging. It feels like home.

I hold space for transformation, release, and pure unfiltered expression. I'm a connector of energy and emotion. Dance has been my greatest tool on my own healing journey, and now ecstatic dance is where I help people move past their minds and into their bodies. I bring a realness and rawness to every interaction. Can't wait to get juicy together!
I have always been called to tending spaces where people can slow down, breathe a little deeper, and reconnect with what truly matters. Through Ancient Arts Girls Group and Muddy Buddies, I weave together earth-based practices, community, and creativity in ways that feel natural and nourishing. My approach is rooted in warmth, grounded presence, and a heartfelt belief in village-style mentorship.
