About the event
Monthly; becoming weekly in July.
This yoga class led by Karen Lean is accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners. The focus is on breathing and safe alignment, with gentle movement and postures. When we practice together, the community and connection is a powerful and healing experience.
Yoga prepares the body for meditation. Stay after yoga for a group meditation on the first Sunday of each month (optional).
Karen has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She took her teacher training in 2008 at Kripalu (Lenox, MA).
