We will come to your home or welcome you to our space, for a hands-on workshop that will leave you feeling ready to preserve all kinds of foods by water bath and pressure canning methods. All materials provided, as well as a take-home guide for each participant.

Traditionally given to women in the postpartum period, this ceremony also honors the closing of any significant chapter in a person's life, such as a move, relationship, death, career change, etc. Lauren has been trained to lead this ceremony and brings its deep holding
in times of transition.
She will come to your home where you will gat
